Alternative Opening Academic Year in Leiden, on 2 September

Students and staff members of Maastricht University: join the nation-wide True Opening of the Academic Year, which will take place in Leiden on Monday 2 September, from 15.00-17.00. This opening is organised by Woinactie to coincide with the regular Openings taking place at all Dutch universities, to protest the planned budget shifts and budget cuts in Dutch higher education.

The protests are organised jointly with the unions VAWO, FNV and LSVb.
