Freeze of HR systems due to Integrale Bedrijfsvoering project

As you probably know, we will soon be working with new HR-, finance- and procurement systems. The switch to these new systems has been part of the project called ‘Integrale Bedrijfsvoering’ (IB).

As communicated in the FASoS Weekly of 26 April, HR systems ‘froze’ in May 2022. This freeze will last until 8 June 2022. This means that you are currently unable to book leave in IMAR, to make declarations in ESS, or to submit purchase orders. If you want to take leave in the freeze period, please write down which day(s) and discuss this with your manager.

Returning furniture and/or equipment to FASoS

Now that the advice to work from home has been lifted and hybrid working has been introduced, everyone who still has equipment (monitors, mouse, etc.) and/or furniture (office chairs) at home is asked to bring this back to the faculty.

Please contact Vincent Cordewener (furniture) and/or Paul Geurts (equipment) when you return things. Also let them know if you already brought back things but didn’t inform them yet.

Freeze date IMAR brought forward

As you know, we will soon be working with a new system to register leave. The original freeze date to enter leave in the old system (IMAR) was 12 May, but this date has been brought forward because of the complexity of the system.

Until 1 May, you can continue to register and change leave in IMAR. After 1 May, there will be no opportunity to make changes until 8 June. We recommend taking a screenshot of your current leave overview for reference during the freeze.
