On Wednesday 14 December, 10.00-16.30, the Regional Historical Centre Limburg in Maastricht will organise a conference entitled ‘The dynamics of the Limburg dialect’. Prof. Leonie Cornips and PhD students Nantke Pecht, Lysbeth Jongbloed-Faber and Lotte Thissen will speak at the event. Free entrance. Please register before Wednesday 7 December.
In the framework of the Year of the Limburgish dialect, Maastricht University, the Centre for Language Studies at Radboud University, the Raod veur ‘t Limburg and the House of the Arts Limburg will shed light on the Limburgish dialect from an academic point of view.
