The following is a short update on recent developments in the Topsector Creative Industry.
Letter to the informateurs from the Dutch Creative Industries Council
The Dutch Creative Industries Council appealed to the two informateurs (Henk Kamp (VVD) and Wouter Bos (PvdA), who are currently exploring possible new Dutch government compositions after recent elections) with four recommendations aimed to better connect with Creative Industry:
- New tax measures to allow for new network and cooperation
- Knowledge development and cross-over to other top sectors by using CLICK NL
- Human capital: stimulate education in which creative and scientific values go hand in hand
- Public procurement on innovative to stimulate creative industry
