Announcements
- In 2017/2018 FASoS will offer three full Orange Tulip Scholarships (OTS) to students from Latin America and/or Asia.
- A Working Group Education has been established. Its members are: the faculty director, the associate dean education, the head of the Office of Student Affairs, the chair of the Board of Examiners, and the head of the cluster Board & Policy Support and Study Advice (BBS).
- Although the Centre for Contemporary Writing (CCW) organised several activities in 2016 (such as the minor Creative Writing, and lectures), it became clear that further development is not a priority at a time of high work pressure and limited financial resources. This has led the Faculty Board to decide to close the CCW. Relevant projects can continue under the umbrella of MACCH.
- In 2016/2017 FASoS received from the SSC 65 administrative months for distribution among student representatives in Faculty Board, Faculty Council, and advisory committees, and for board members of study associations.
