Erik Prins is involved in supporting researchers to realise their ambitions. His over 20 years’ experience ranges from strategic issues of research funding, setting up public-private cooperation in innovation, up to operational implementation of projects with private and public funding. Erik developed a hands-on approach, based upon his background in agricultural engineering (Wageningen University). He has excellent oral and written communication skills. Throughout his career he has been involved in over 100 R&D projects, co-funded by private and public parties, such as NWO (Talent Scheme, Open Competition, Roadmap), national and regional governments and European funds (FP4 – H2020, LLP, LIFE+).
