Our colleague Pieter Caljé will officially retire on Sunday 15 October, 2017. Pieter has been a key player in the history of FASoS and its Department of History. We will honour Pieter for his pivotal role during a farewell reception to be held at Grand Café Maastricht Soiron, Vrijthof 18, Maastricht, from 15.00 to 18.00 on Thursday 12 October. On behalf of the Department of History all Faculty members are cordially invited to the reception.
During his affiliation with Maastricht University since 1991 and with FASoS since 1994 Peter has contributed tremendously to the various teaching programmes of our Faculty.
