The FASoS Faculty Board held two meetings on 9 and 23 May.
Decisions
- The Faculty Board, after hearing the Educational Programme Committees concerned and the Faculty Council, appointed two new chairs: Gergana Noutcheva will chair the Undergraduate Programme Committee European Studies, and Georgi Verbeeck will chair the Graduate Programme Committee Arts and Culture as of 1 September 2018.
- Board of Examiners: as of 1 September Jo Wachelder will become chair of the Board of Examiners and Amanda Kluveld will be appointed as member.
- The Faculty Board agreed to match the PhD-candidate who will do research in the context of the research initiative ‘Reshaping the Collectible: When Artworks Live in the Museum’, based at Tate (London) and in collaboration with MACCH. Supervisors: Harro van Lente, Pip Laurenson (Tate) and Vivian van Saaze.
