Information sessions on Open Access publishing, on 30 and 31 May

The UM Library’s Open Access team will host two information sessions on practical aspects of Open Access publishing. The sessions will take place on:

  • Monday 30 May, 11.30-13.00, Inner City Library
  • Tuesday 31 May, 12.30-14.00, Randwyck Library

As a result of negotiations by the VSNU and Dutch university libraries over 3000 journals of Elsevier, Springer, Wiley and Sage are now open for Open Access publishing without any APC costs for academics. How can you benefit from the OA policy actions? How can OA support you in disseminating your research output? What other options do you have?

The UM Library’s Open Access team will be hosting two information sessions on practical aspects of Open Access publishing. Both information sessions cover the whys and hows of Open Access and will offer you ample opportunity to raise questions.
