My name is Bas Knoet and I have worked as an HR advisor for FASoS on a small part-time base for several years already. As of 1 May 2016 I work half-time for FASoS, next to my half-time appointment at SBE. This means that my tasks and visibility at the faculty will increase. From now on I am the HR advisor for the TA’s, PhD’s, student assistants and the staff within the Faculty Office.
My FASoS working days are Monday (afternoon), Tuesday (whole day), Wednesday (afternoon) and Friday (morning). You can find me in the office of Amanda Kluveld (while she is on a sabbatical) or in the office of Dorry Spijkers. In my free time I love to explore the world (both above and under the surface) as a photographer and a scuba diver. Next to that I like to enjoy a good meal, a strong coffee or a proper craft beer. I’m from the Randstad, but I have been living in the Maastricht area for twelve years already. I considering myself a real ‘Bourgondiër’ now.
