It’s TIME for FASoS intranet

We are pleased to announce that our faculty has launched its own intranet, which provides general  information about the faculty as well as extensive documentation about human resources and research support. You can access the intranet via My UM.  After you log in to MY UM you need to click on My FASoS (left hand side).  Apart from the staff intranet environment there is also the student intranet. This part is accessible via the staff intranet.

The staff intranet replaces the staff part of EleUM which is no longer in use.

The FASoS Intranet is only available in English, if your standard language in My UM is Dutch then please change it to English as follows:

1. Log in to My UM
2. Click “personalize” (top right of the screen)
3. Choose “Language selector” and set to English
4. Click OK to apply.

Apart from the staff intranet there is also an intranet environment for students. You can access the student intranet via the staff intranet by clicking on the branding block on the right hand side (see photo below).
Please note that staff members are able to go to the student intranet but students are not able to access the staff intranet part.
