The Faculty First Aid team is looking for new members. The current team consists of around 23 Faculty members who are trained and qualified to provide first aid in case of emergency. The team members regularly train on site and follow courses to keep their training up to date. For more information, please contact Vincent Cordewener at 82013 or by email.
We are looking for colleagues who are willing to participate in courses on a regular basis (2 to 4 working days per year, depending on the course) and are present in the faculty building at least 3 days a week.
There is a choice between the basic course, BHV (which includes fire extinguishing, building evacuation and resuscitation) and the extended course, BHV/EHBO (which provides further training regarding injury treatment).
