PREMIUM: honours programme for excellent master’s students

PREMIUM offers you the opportunity to work on a challenging team assignment. During 3-4 months, you work in a group of 5-7 students on a task assigned by a client (company/NGO or educational institution). The assignment can take the form of a business plan, marketing research or a feasibility study, depending on the client’s needs.

Competencies development

A carefully crafted career package will support you to get the most out of the programme. The package includes online psychological tests, a teambuilding assignment, and a series of workshops and master classes on topics including creative thinking, team dynamics, project management, presentation skills, networking, leadership qualities, and giving and receiving feedback.   A project tutor and experienced competency coaches will guide and support you throughout the programme.

Dedication & commitment

PREMIUM requires dedication and commitment to succeed. This programme has a workload of 250 hours, (approximately 20-30 hours per week) of which 175 hours are allocated for the group assignment and 75 hours will be spent on competencies development. Attendance is compulsory at all PREMIUM activities. No ECTS credits will be awarded for taking part in this programme. Upon positive evaluation of your project results and team performance, you receive a PREMIUM certificate.

Would you like to take part in PREMIUM? Registrations are open from Monday 3 September until Monday 17 September. On the website you can find detailed information about admission requirements.

“PREMIUM helped me a great deal. During interviews employers were particularly interested in my participation in the programme and the corresponding project. So I dare to say that PREMIUM did not only provide me with great learning experiences, but it also helped me get interviews for potential jobs. It seems that employers are looking graduates with this type of experience.”  Paula Wolff, alumna Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
