Qigong sessions by Valentina Mazzucato

Valentina Mazzucato will offer Qigong sessions in room 3.002, Attic, Soiron building on Thursday 21, Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 January at 13.00. Please contact Jacqueline Graff if you wish to be included in the mailing list. You will receive invitations for the available time slots.

A message from Valentina:
In the department where I spent my sabbatical in Hong Kong University, Qigong was done every day. Whomever was free at the set time would come to do this set of exercises. Qigong is a set of repetitive exercises that help keep you fit and flexible and they are done in a meditative way. It lasts about 20 minutes and it really helps to feel re-energized. You can do the exercises in any clothes so, you do not need to change or bring special attire.
