RMES Student Sem Duijndam nominated for Rachel Carson Thesis Award

Research Master European Studies student Sem wrote his MSc thesis on ‘Public Perceptions of Climate Change in the European Union: A Quantitative Inquiry on Spatial and Temporal Determinants’. The thesis, supervised by Dr Luana Russo, has been nominated for the prestigious prize of the Dutch Network of Environmental Professionals for its great scientific quality, societal relevance and applicability.

The jury consists of distinguished members from science, education and practice in the environmental arena.

The winner of the Rachel Carson Thesis Award (4 nominations in total) will be announced in November 2019. Fingers crossed for Sem!
