On Sunday 9 February, Zweit for Leid will take place again – a running event for charity. UM encourages you to participate in this event and offers you a 50% discount. You will receive the discount by using a code (zvlum2020) when ordering your tickets. The Kidsrun is for free.

The 26th edition of the oldest and most “gezellig” running event in Maastricht is held to raise money and awareness for local charities. The track of 3, 6 or 9 km goes right through the city centre of Maastricht. You will be cheered on by our bands and we close off with music and drinks at Complexx.
This time Zweit veur Leid has selected two projects to support:
- Helping vulnerable youth between 18 and 25 years facing challenges in our community by creating a safe haven and meeting point.
- Helping people living in poverty and isolated elderly by facilitating a charity bus that drives around neighbourhoods in Maastricht with chores, moving, personal transportation or delivering packages from the food bank.
