The Board of Governors will hold a debate
about Science in Transition; the founders of Science in Transition
believe that it is time to reform the scientific system. More than anything
science should be relevant to society.
Frank Huisman, the
Maastricht scientist behind the SIT movement, will enter into debate with Rector
Luc Soete, Chairman of the Board Martin Paul and many others. The panel chairman
is Prof. Tsjalling Swierstra.
