For more information and latest news, check out SFM’s Facebook page.

SFM offers a successful and productive way to put issues of concern and challenges for the European Union into a more practical context.

In different workshops, students can apply their knowledge and profit from the experience of professionals coming from an academic, political or economic background.

SFM offers its participants an opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice and draft a policy brief on one of the following topics of this year’s conference:

  • Social Integration of Migrant Women in the EU;
  • Towards a new European Identity- Who are we?;
  • Protecting our democracy – The Fight against online disinformation;
  • The ramification of agriculture and animal husbandry on climate change.

In these four working groups, students receive input from professionals of different backgrounds, such as academia, politics or business, to feed into their ideas. SFM essentially empowers its participants and makes them familiar with the process of policy formation, giving them the chance to share their ideas with a bigger audience.
