UM Sustainability Journal: Symposium on 5 December and Call for Papers

UM Green Office organizes a symposium with a keynote speech by Gerdo van Grootheest on Maastricht’s plans for greening the city, short presentations by the student authors of the first edition of the UM Journal of Sustainability Studies, and information about how you can, and why you should, get your paper published in the second edition of the journal. On the occasion of the publication of the first edition of the Maastricht University Journal of Sustainability Studies, join us on 5 December, Tongersestraat 53 (SBE faculty), Room H0.06, to: 1) Find out how you can get your paper published in the second edition and why it is worth it 2) Find out about Maastricht’s plans on greening the city (which is one of the topics of the journal): Gerdo van Grootheest, Alderman, will give a keynote speech on Greening Maastricht – City Plans and Citizen Participation 3) Hear from the authors of the first edition about their research on: – greening cities, – cultures of (un)sustainability, – the role of EU within UNFCC
