The UM Well-being Movement (WBM) is pleased to welcome back the Well-being Week in 2019! Through the Well-being Week, we want to raise awareness about well-being topics and promote physical and mental well-being among students.
From 4-7 November, over 30 (interactive) lectures, workshops, talks and other activities centered around well-being are being hosted at several locations throughout the inner city and Randwyck.
The events are open for students of all faculties and, as of this years’ edition, also for staff. An extensive programme has been put together for you to discover. On the event page you can find a description, location and time for every event. All events can also be found on our Facebook page.
