Use UM’s CAO Selection Model before Wednesday 1 December

The selection model offers the opportunity to exchange employment conditions and enables employees to adapt their employment conditions to their personal preferences and private circumstances. If you still want to use the selection model for the year 2019, please send the completed application form to Finance, Payroll Department, DUB30 before Wednesday 1 December 2019. Forms received after Wednesday 1 December 2019 will not be processed anymore.

Employees may for instance save up for sabbatical leave, purchase a bicycle in a tax-friendly manner or participate in UM corporate fitness.

From 1 October 2018 the following UM Selection Model applies. Herein you will find the integral text of and the conditions for making use of the UM Selection Model.

Download the application form if you wish to exchange your employment conditions in the context of the UM Selection Model.

With regard to a request to convert time into money (e.g. hours of leave for salary) or money into time (e.g. holiday bonus for hours of leave), the manager may reject this request stating the reasons, after discussing it with the employee first (art. 5.9 cao NU).

Employees who make use of the 30% regulation, are not allowed to take part in the selection model with the exception of flexible working hours and long-term saving. Furthermore these employees may use the source ‘hours of leave’ for the target ‘bicycle’.
