The Digital Innovations Department of Maastricht University is looking for an enthusiastic digital native for a new project. Your core responsibility will be to support our team in handling event registrations on Open Days, Experience Days, Introduction Days and many more.

About you
- You have an eye for detail and an absolute commitment to customer service.
- You know how to handle people and stay friendly and helpful.
- You come with time management skills build in.
- You don’t need to be a geek but know how on what’s hip on the ship these days.
Requirements
- You are available during all UM events such as Open Days
- Support the registrations of participants at events
- Help crafting newsletters and manage participant details
- Write text and answer requests from the Events team
- Punctual and service oriented
