Topics will include women as driving force on the frontlines of protecting liberal democracy; personal impact on rule of law heroes standing up against democratic backsliding; solidarity between judges across borders; and the role of students and young people in ensuring the perseverance of liberal democracies.

Our Rule of Law is also interested in hearing what insight participants would like to gain from world-leading academics, high-level politicians, on-the-ground civil society leaders, and suppressed judges, what questions they think are central to protecting liberal democracies anno 2022, and what questions should be asked to these panellists.
