The Faculty Board has appointed Alexandra Supper as Teaching Assistant (D4) coordinator.
The position of Teaching Assistant (D4) coordinator has been created with the goal of improving the Teaching Assistants’ embedding in the faculty and their support networks, while also streamlining management responsibilities.
Working closely with the Teaching Assistants, but also in consultation with the BA programme directors, heads of departments and Faculty Board, her responsibilities will include the management, recruitment, training and teaching allocation of Teaching Assistants. She will also organise intervision activities and think along about how to alleviate work pressure. In her new role, Alexandra can draw on her ample experiences with these tasks, which she collected as a BA programme director.
Alexandra will start her role as D4 coordinator on 1 September 2021.
