The International Workshop and Conference in Prague titled ‘Democratic Transformation in Post-Conflict Societies: Path to Ensured Success?’ is accepting papers. Applicants are invited to submit abstracts of up to 300 words and short CVs to mejstrik.m@fsv.cuni.cz by Sunday 31 July 2016. The conference will take place in Prague on Monday 26-Tuesday 27 September.
The conference encourages papers on the following topics:
- Current conflicts of memory politics (special focus on post-soviet countries)
- Civil society engagement and trends in political participation
- Challenges of post-conflict democracies

- Bianca Bican (Babeș-Bolyai University)
- Nikos Marantzidis (University of Macedonia-Thessaloniki)
