Vacancy: Research Programme Director GTD

The FASoS Faculty Board invites applications to become the Research Programme Director of Globalisation, Transnationalism and Development (GTD) for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024.

Applicants should be senior researchers with national and international recognition, preferably a professor, and be familiar with Dutch and international research policies.

The deadline for applications is 15 November 2022. Read on for more details.

Open call for member EPC BA Digital Society

Please consider the vacancy for General Member of the Educational Programme Committee BA Digital Society.

This is a position for a period of three years. The remuneration is 40 Solver hours per year.

Direct involvement in the BA Digital Society is an advantage, but not a strict requirement. D4 teachers are also encouraged to apply.

Vacancy: Dutch writing coach in Arts & Culture programme

The Arts & Culture programme is searching for a Dutch writing coach to help those students who follow the Dutch-track as well as offering assistance to those students who wish to write their papers and/or thesis in Dutch.

The Dutch writing coach will receive 30 norm hours.

Vacancy: conservator academisch erfgoed

FASoS is looking for a new ‘conservator academisch erfgoed voor de Kunst en Erfgoed Commissie van de Universiteit Maastricht’ for 0.2fte (and temporary for 0.4fte in the period from 2024 to 2026). The starting date is preferably 1 September 2022.

Working group on decolonising Arts & Culture curriculum

This is an open call for both students and staff interested in joining a working group on decolonising the Arts & Culture curriculum. The aim is to review the curriculum and offer suggestions that can contribute to decolonisation while maintaining the overall coherence of the programme.

Academic staff can use this for their full CPD hours.

Call for Associate Programme Director BA European Studies

The BA European Studies is looking for a new Associate Programme Director, starting on 1 September 2022.

The new Associate Programme Director will be appointed for 2+1 years, and might/will then take over the role of Programme Director as of 1 September 2025.
