Call for MaRBLe coordinators
Are you working on an interesting research project? Would you be interested in making students part of this process? If so, please consider applying as a MaRBLe project coordinator.
As a coordinator, you are to set-up an engaging research project and plan the necessary supporting activities that enable the MaRBLe group – ranging between 6 and 12 students – to conduct (joint) research.

The FASoS Faculty Board invites members of the MUSTS programme to apply for a position in the Graduate School Advisory Board (GSAB).

Call for Associate Programme Director BA European Studies
Are you a dedicated and inspirational teacher who is committed to the educational practices at FASoS? Would you like to play a key role in decisions related to quality assurance? Do you have affinity with the material taught in the BA European Studies? Would you like to provide academic leadership and contribute to the quality assurance of the programme? Are you able to guide students and staff members, and give further shape to the content and the organisation of the programme?

Call for Associate Professor in the field of educational development
In line with the FASoS Strategic Personnel Plan for Academic Staff and the nationwide initiative Recognition and Rewards, the Faculty Board is pleased to open a position for Associate Professor 2 (UHD2) in the field of educational development.
The colleague in question will continue to invest in educational leadership activities and contribute to pedagogical scholarship at least on the level of the faculty.

Call for Internship Coordinator BA programmes
In the 5th semester (first half of year 3) in which BA students can choose between the three options minor, exchange or internship, attention on the latter is felt to be neglected.
In this respect, the mentor programme only organises one lecture in year 2 for the different BA programmes. These mainly focus on the procedural aspects of internships (e.g. the procedure to follow to come to an internship agreement with the faculty), while a practical form of advice on internship opportunities, applications and procedures is still needed.

The FASoS Faculty Board invites applications to become the Research Programme Director of Maastricht University – Science, Technology and Society Studies (MUSTS) for the period from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2023.
Applicants should be senior researchers with national and international recognition, preferably a professor, and be familiar with Dutch and international research policies.
