FASoS prize for ‘brilliant failures’ in technology-enhanced learning

You are invited to submit suggestions for the Prize for ‘brilliant failures’ in technology-enhanced learning, which will be awarded on 16 June, at the FASoS Teaching & Learning Festival.

A brilliant failure is a good attempt at achieving something, which has a different outcome than anticipated, and which provides the opportunity for collective learning.

Podcast by FASoS honours students on International Regime Complexity

As part of the honours programme, a group of FASoS students made a three-part podcast series on regime complexity.

Call: V-100 for the Dutch Parliament

The Dutch parliament has opened the V-100 call in which it calls for young academics to shed their light on the annual reports of the ministries, and inform parliament about their findings. The questions are sent to the responsible ministers and secretaries of state.

UM Gender Equality Plan published

As of January 2022, the EU Commission requires every research or higher education institution to have a gender equality plan in place, in order to be eligible for funding from the Horizon Europe Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2021-2027. This is part of the Commission’s broader aim to strengthen and support gender equality work in the areas of research, innovation and technology.
