CERiM awards (2nd Edition)

The Centre for European Research in Maastricht (CERiM) will award two prizes to appreciate efforts to integrate research and teaching, and to reward outstanding interdisciplinary research.

Nominations should be submitted before 15 January 2021, 16.00 to cerim@maastrichtuniversity.nl in the form of a 1-page document laying down the reasons why the nominee (student or staff member) made an outstanding contribution to research/teaching integration or interdisciplinary research in the field of studies on Europe.

More information on eligibility and procedure can be found here. The two prizes are worth €500 each.

The prize ceremony takes place during the CERiM Annual Conference in May 2021 (dates to be defined).

Communicating Europe Award for Research-Teaching Integration
This award is dedicated to an individual or group who has taken great efforts to integrate research and teaching in the field of studies on Europe (broadly defined).

Communicating Europe Award for Outstanding Interdisciplinary Research
Eligible for the prize are individuals and organisations, anywhere in the world, that have contributed to outstanding interdisciplinary research in the field of studies on Europe (broadly defined).
