Dr Charles van Leeuwen has been appointed Visiting Professor at the University of Namur for the academic years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 (one day per week, History of Dutch Literature). The University of Namur, with 6500 students, is a relatively small university in the region. Founded in 1831 by the Jesuits, the University of Namur still has a strong humanistic and catholic identity.
