Collin Prumpeler interviewed about Lean and Agile philosophies

On 16 November, UM Launched a programme to improve the PlanDoCheckAct (PDCA)-Cycle in Education logistics.

The goal of this programme is to deliver more value with less waste of time and energy, by which we create space for innovation and improvement. The student, teacher and researcher are always put central. To reach this goal, the programme will work with elements from the Lean and Agile philosophies.

All UM support staff from the offices of student affairs were invited to join an information meeting. Rianne Letschert and co-host Michiel Borgers interviewed multiple guests who are already working with the elements of the lean and agile philosophies.

Head of the office of student Affairs Collin Prumpeler was interviewed about his experiences so far and how to introduce this way of working at FASoS. Watch Collin’s interview from 56:25 here.
