The Faculty Board of FASoS held meetings on 7, 21 and 29 October. For an overview of the decisions and announcements, please read on.
- The Faculty Board approved the adapted profile report of the full chair ‘Contemporary European History and European Integration’.
- The Board decided to approve that the current pre-master students AC, similarly to the BA AC students, can choose per course which examination language they would prefer.
- The Faculty Board endorsed the invitation of a visiting fellow to the History Department in the first months of 2021.
- FASoS will finance the online edition of Student Forum Maastricht 2021 with an amount of €1,000.
- The IWIO-questionnaires have been revised, taking into account Canvas and the COVID-19 implications for learning and exams.
- Jo Wachelder has been appointed chair of the UM Gate Keeper Committee (online proctoring).
- The Board approved two RSF/VSF-applications and one Veni embedding guarantee. Furthermore, the Board approved several applications for Visiting Fellows, and a Fulbright application.
- The four nominations for the SWUM Student Prize 2021 were decided.
