Studium Generale teams up with the Dutch Dance Festival (Dutch: de Nederlandse Dansdagen) to give students the opportunity to discover and experience Dutch dance.
The Dutch Dance Festival takes place from Tuesday 1 until Sunday 6 October at various locations in Maastricht. Studium Generale offers a special price for students: 5 events for just €34!
During these six days, Maastricht is the place to be for classical ballet, modern dance, urban dance and performance art. Grand masters, young talents, dancers, choreographers and audience meet at performances, open studios, master classes, lectures, films and warming-ups.
Those who want to dance themselves can go to Club TWEAK on Saturday 5 October (Complex, 23.59 – 05.00). It stretches the boundaries of disco in an artificial and interactive setting. Here the audience becomes the performer and the performer becomes the audience.
