FASoS Colloquium on upcoming funding possibilities for STS research

Wiebe Bijker and Tsjalling Swierstra are organising a colloquium on upcoming
funding possibilities for STS research. The colloquium will address current
developments in NWO’s Topsector policy, NWO’s responsible innovation programme
and the upcoming calls for the new EU funding scheme Horizon 2020. The event
will take place on 16 October 15:30-17:00 in the Attic room, Grote Gracht
80-82

In this colloquium we will discuss a variety of upcoming
funding possibilities for STS research. Wiebe Bijker will discuss current
developments in NWO’s Topsector policy and the upcoming calls for Horizon 2020
(the new EU funding scheme). Tsjalling Swierstra will outline the possibilities
that NWO’s responsible innovation programme might offer for STS researchers. We
will also exchange plans for funding applications and share experiences.
