FASoS ICT support for on-campus lectures and tutorials

FASoS ICT noticed that there is a need of IT support at the start of lectures and tutorials, especially in the Turnzaal and the tents.

FASoS ICT will therefore make sure that one of its team members will be present at the start of every tutorial or lecture at these locations. If possible, we kindly ask academic staff members to be there 15 minutes before the start of the session. That gives FASoS ICT time to setup and test everything.

For all other locations, we would like to ask staff members to send an email (at least one working day before the educational activity takes place) to ict-fasos@maastrichtuniversity.nl when IT and/or video support is needed.

Student assistants will stay for support for the first 10 minutes of the educational activity and leave when everything seems to be working properly. In case technical issues arise during the lecture or tutorial, staff members can call the FASoS ICT support number (internal: 82539; external: +31 (0)6-25023862) during support hours (8.30 – 17.00 every day).
