11 talented PhD candidates joined UM earlier this year to work on different topics within the domain of humanities and social sciences. All projects share one common aspect, Limes, the Latin word for borders.
The PhD candidates come from different academic, as well as multicultural backgrounds, enlarging the scope of cultural diversity at Maastricht University.
