The event will take place on Wednesday 3 February from 11.00 – 12.30. The event is open to all staff members at FASoS.

Recognition and Rewards (R&R) is seen to require a culture change in (Dutch) academia. A fundamental shift in the way that academic talent is recognised and rewarded in all key domains (research, education, impact and leadership) seems to be needed. We will zoom in on this issue within our event at FASoS.
After highlighting some of the key objectives of R&R, we will give the floor to some of the FASoS “Recognise and Rewards ambassadors”. They have developed narratives within each of the domains, within working groups at UM level. We will then open the “screens” for questions and debate. We hope many of you can join us on 3 February!
