Go-live of new ‘Integrale Bedrijfsvoering’ (IB) system SAP SuccessFactors

The Go-live of the ‘Integrale Bedrijfsvoering’ (IB) system SAP SuccessFactors took place on Wednesday 8 June.

Since then, you can register leave, make declarations and purchase orders again. Please read on for practical information how to use the new system.

Where can I find necessary information?

The SAP Successfactors system is a self-service system. This means that the system is user-friendly and that it should be self-explanatory with a little help of instructional videos and manuals. We would therefore like to ask you to first take a moment to try to find your way with the available tools in our new system. Via this link you will be redirected to the intranet page where all this necessary information (available from 7 June). Information is also shared via the UM news and intranet. Please read the information carefully when you start working with SAP SuccessFactors. In this flyer you will find the login instructions.

Helpdesks and contact details

Despite all the hard work and good preparations, it is possible that not everything goes right the first time. To make this transition as smooth as possible, the UM-wide Service Desk Integral Business Operations has been set up. For urgent questions and problems, the service desk can be reached by telephone on workdays from 9.00 to 17.00 via 043 388 56 78. You can also report a question or problem using this form on the Self-Service Portal. You can also contact them with questions about the purchasing system SAP Ariba Guided Buying and the new financial system SAP S/4HANA.

Besides that, a temporary helpdesk at FASoS has been set up, which will be staffed by HR advisors Jordy Friedrich and Bart Kerckhoffs. You can drop by if you have any questions about the system, or if you are having trouble working with the system.

The helpdesk at FASoS is temporary and open every working day from 8 June until 1 July from 9.00 – 17.00 in GG86, room 1.014 (above Bandito). You can also reach us by phone during this period at 0031 6 28 31 35 65, and via our special and temporary email address: ib-fasos@maastrichtuniversity.nl. When you visit us with your questions, you will receive a voucher for a free cup of coffee and a cookie at Bandito.

If we are unable to help you further, for example because the question is too complex, we will refer you to UM’s central helpdesk. If it turns out that the FASoS helpdesk is no longer needed, we will discontinue it. The central UM helpdesk will remain and will be the place to go with your questions.
