Now that most employees are working from home due to the COVID-19 situation, UM has decided to halt the permanent commuting allowance per 1 November 2020.
If you do need to travel to work, please fill out the commuting allowance form. This form needs to be handed in via your supervisor.

This situation will continue until 31 December 2020. As of 2021, new fiscal rules will be implemented and the situation will be re-evaluated.
Compensation for working from home
Working from home has brought other costs for employees. UM is now preparing a compensation for working from home for the period July – December. More details will follow soon.
