The Maastricht University Faculty of Law and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs cordially invite you to attend the Human Rights Lecture by Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs, Frans Timmermans.

During the lecture, Minister Timmermans will present his human rights policy. The presentation is part of a varied and personal programme of speakers who will address the controversy surrounding human rights policies and such issues as women’s rights; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights (LGBT); human rights advocates. The audience is invited to participate in the discussion both on and offline (using #MRB2013 on Twitter). The lecture will also be broadcast live online.
Participants are also invited to attend an informal closing reception after the lecture.
