Students at The Humanities Lab are looking to broaden their horizon and to expand their knowledge. Both the city of Maastricht and the Limburg province have a lot to offer, and the students are keen to find out exactly what that is. Their academic programme starts on Saturday 31 October.
The participating students will also take part in a morning activity, which is hosted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. The morning programme will consist of a walking lecture by Rouke van der Hoek of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. He will guide the students through the city and discuss the architecture, history, economic influences and religious influences in Maastricht. He will show the market, Vrijthof, OLVsquare and Wyck.
