As mentioned earlier, the Faculty Board and the Heads of Department are very much aware that the education, research and managerial contributions of many of you have been affected by COVID-19.
Staff members up for tenure track/promotion are thus able to take up a new heading in their portfolio that is to be submitted to the Committee Promotion Assistant- and Associate Professors’ (BAC): Impacts of COVID-19.
Here you can reflect to what extent the pandemic affected your education, research and managerial contributions. These reflections will then be picked up by the HoD in his/her SWOT analysis/letter to the BAC.
Of course staff members only need to insert such a new category into their portfolio if they see this as suitable.
