My name is Zoltán and I am looking forward to getting to know you.
I am Hungarian and I moved to the Netherlands for love 13 years ago and we have been living in beautiful Maastricht for 2 years now.
I studied Sociology of Religions at the University of Szeged and my wife is an alumna of European Studies. I worked for large medical companies in the past and most recently at the Admissions Office of the UM Student Services Centre following a career switch. I enjoy working at UM and I am really happy to join the FASoS community.
I love travelling to far destinations and getting to know the people, the culture and the cuisine of those places. I like cooking and, coming from a wine making family, I enjoy combining these two. In my free time I often go for a walk in nature and if time allows it preferably somewhere at the sea. I always have the urge to keep doing something and to be active, so I like closing the day with reading a book in silence and peace. I also like following the global political developments as it provides some great topics when meeting friends and family especially as we don’t always share the same beliefs and opinions. I hope to have the possibility of meeting you in person as well and in the meantime feel free to get in touch with me.
