Jost Morgenstern-Pomorski has been awarded a research fellowship at the John F. Kennedy Institute of Freie Universität Berlin. Founded in 1963 by German political scientist Ernst Fraenkel, the institute is dedicated to the study of the USA and Canada from an interdisciplinary perspective. The fellowship will allow Jost to pursue a research project on the institutions of Homeland Security.
