Leave registration will move from IMAR to SF

As part of the Integrated Operational Management programme, as of 1 January 2022, we will not be using IMAR anymore to register leave.

As of 10 January 2022, all forms of leave (personal, special, pregnancy, etc.) will have to be registered in SAP Success Factors (SF).

At the end of 2021, all data will be migrated from IMAR to SF. To do this, IMAR will be closed in two steps:

  1. As of 1 October 2021, IMAR will be closed for registering leave starting 2022.
  2. In December, IMAR will go offline, so also for leave registration in 2021. The exact date will be communicated at a later moment.

Leave in 2022:

  • You can already make arrangements with your manager regarding leave in 2022. These agreements need to be laid down in writing, e.g. in an email to your manager. As of 10 January 2022, you can register the agreements made in SF.
  • Pregnancy leave is an exception to the rule above. When you are pregnant, please fill out this form, sign it, and have your manager send it to your HR department. In January, HR will register your pregnancy leave in SF. It is your responsibility to check if this was done correctly.
  • If you have already registered leave in IMAR for 2022, no action needs to be taken. The data will be migrated to SF. It is your responsibility to check if this was done correctly.
