Find out about our work representing you in the Faculty through the Meeting Updates series in the FASoS Weekly. After each Committee meeting, your representative will post an update here so you can follow our progress and keep up with all relevant developments at FASoS.
- Teaching in periods 4 & 5: There will be no MECC exams. On a positive note, extracurricular activities will be organised on campus (if possible). Moreover, students are encouraged to apply for the Hardship Clause (HSC) and especially for the Special Covid-Hardship Clause (SHC) for issues such as missed course registrations.
- The graduation for extracurricular exchange is postponed. Students whose exchange is cancelled because of a decision of the host university or because of travel restrictions or personal circumstances caused by COVID-19 are offered the possibility to postpone their graduation until 28 February 2022 at the latest for an extracurricular exchange (under certain conditions).
- Finally, regarding education next academic year, the Slogan of UM will be the same as one year ago: “On campus if possible, online if necessary” and the academic calendar 2021-2022 will not be changed.
