In our last ES Programme Committee, we mostly discussed the new ES Education Plan, as well as the last EU Law re-sit exam.
For time management purposes we agreed to thoroughly analyse the IWIO evaluations for period 3 in the April Programme Committtee.
After evaluating the new ES Education Plan, together with the Programme Director Elissaveta Radulova, we had the chance to discuss the EU Law re-sit exam with the Board of Examiners Vice-Chair Louis Van Den Hengel. The BoE explained to the PC the reasons for the invalidation of the last EU Law exam. The argument was extensively explained and discussed and we all agreed that the reasons for such a drastic measure were grounded. The BoE was aware that an invalidation was a drastic measure. However, after the explanation of the motives as well as the legal ground according to which the measure was taken, the student representatives understood the BoE’s decision.
