Opening Lecture Maarten Vink at Doctoral Programme Universidade do Minho

On Tuesday 3 November, Maarten Vink, professor of Political Science and Political Sociology, gave the Annual Opening Lecture of the Doctoral Programme in Political Science and International Relations at the Universidade do Minho in Braga, Portugal. The Lecture was entitled “The International Diffusion of Expatriate Dual Citizenship”.
