The University Library (UB) has recently launched several pilots to import data into Pure. In a previous FASoS Weekly post, we already alerted you to the plan to upload publication information from Web of Science.
From November (now) until early next year, you can also expect to see data uploaded from Data Monitor (datasets) and Meltwater (media appearances).
Metadata of your datasets and/or media appearances (with UM-affiliation) will be uploaded to Pure by the UB and validated by the Research Policy Officer. They will then become visible in the research portal.
You will not receive notifications about imports, so check your Pure profile regularly if you are concerned e.g. about the information being added. If an activity, publication or dataset is already in Pure you do not need to add it again.
