The PREMIUM honours programme is searching for staff members who would be interested in mentoring a team of students that will work on a project for an external client between January and May. A unique opportunity to work with talented students and businesses outside of UM.

Your role as a mentor would be to support the students in their communication and negotiation with their client, guaranteeing sufficient academic quality and input from the different disciplines present in the team, and being a safety net for students during their learning process. The Project Mentor is also responsible for the assessment of the content part of the project and the process.
As a mentor, you get:
- The chance to supervise a practical project for an external client;
- Compensation of time investment (30 hrs);
- Multiple workshops and masterclasses especially for PREMIUM mentors, contributing to CPD;
- A chance to network with over 250 people yearly involved in PREMIUM, from different faculties, and thus expand your horizon;
- A chance to work with an interdisciplinary student team outside of your faculty.
