During the last couple of months, the Recognition & Rewards HR working group has been developing a UM-wide implementation framework for diverse and flexible career paths. Now that this framework is starting to take shape, we would like to discuss this in the faculty. We will do so with the help of those who have been working on this framework, for example with HR working at UM central level. We will also look into possibilities for an adjusted assessment process in which there is more attention for (personal) development (which is also currently being investigated).
